Welcome to Fair Wind Cottage and thank you for considering us for your stay in PEI. Built in 2002, our 1200 sq. ft executive cottage offers a beautiful water view situated on the shores of the Gulf of St. Lawrence, and is just minutes away from The Links at Crowbush Cove golf course. With two bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, 4 to 8 people can be comfortably accommodated. The upstairs ' great room' with balcony offers a relaxing view of the ocean surf! Our fully equipped kitchen has all the modern conveniences, and the breakfast bar lends itself to worry free, informal dining. A large front deck, equipped with barbeque allows for relaxing grilling within view of the ocean, and the large yard means the kids can roam and play. Less than a minute walk away is a sandy beach suited for a cool swim or an evening stroll. Whether golfing, site-seeing, or relaxing enjoy the 'Island Experience' at Fair Wind Cottage.

• 3 bedroom two queens and one br with bunks (double on bottom and single on top)
• Master bedroom upstairs has a new queen sized bed and full bath. The great room on this second floor boasts patio doors looking out over the ocean and furnishings include a pull out couch/bed. Downstairs one bedroom has a set of new bunk beds. The top bunk is a single and the bottom bunk is a double. The third bedroom has a double bed. These bedrooms are separated by a full bath. The living room furniture also includes a futon.

RATES AND POLICIES

• Shoulder Seasons $800 plus 10% tax/week
• High season Jun 15 to Sept 15th - $1250 plus 10% tax/week
• Fall Sep 16 2007 - Nov 1 2007 $800
• Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
• 50% of rental due immediately to confirm reservation and remainder due 30 days before arrival.
• Administration fee of $50.00 for cancellation up to 30 days before reservation date.
• Payment by Visa or MasterCard.
• Check-in 4pm and Check-out 10am
